I have reported this to Merton Council, located at Hollowfield Way CR4 about the mess, the litter and overgrown lawn and scrubs, there use be a foot path here. I was told it is private eye despite it being in public space and view for all to see and it's a main road. it's a disgrace. the council is not bothered at all..
